Walleye Weekend Parking 2026 – June 12th – 14th

I’m reaching out to Brothertown members/friends who would be interested in helping with some volunteer needs at Walleye Weekend this year (June 12^th – 14^th).  We are entering a desperate phase where we need to fill volunteer roles before too long.  Here’s some additional information of what we’re looking for volunteers for:

1.  Friday, June 12^th:  3 – 9pm
2. Saturday, June 13^th:  6am – 9pm
3. Sunday, June 14^th: 9am – 4pm

Volunteers to support Walleye Weekend at our parking lot; 311 Winnebago Drive during the following timeframes. 

We’re looking for any dependable volunteers willing to take a shift.  Ideally a group covering 2+ hours makes things a little easier to organize.

Friday, June 12^th                                                                           

3 pm– 6 pm – Dawn & Dan                                                                          

6 pm – close – Dawn & Terri Ann                                                               

Saturday, June 13^th

6 am – 10 am – Dawn & Dan

10 am – 1 pm -Volunteers needed

1 pm – 3 pm – Volunteers needed

3 pm – 6 pm – Dawn & Terri Ann

6 pm – 9 pm – Volunteers needed

Sunday, June 14^th

9 am – 3 pm – Dan & Terri Ann
